Lmin means the length when linear actuator 100% fully retracts, meanwhile,it will touch the tail limited switch,power automatic off and stop by itself.

For example 100mm stroke   Lmax=Lmin+Stroke=300+100=400mm=16inch
Lmax means the length when linear actuator 100% fully extends, meanwhile,it will touch the head limited switch,power automatic off and stop by itself.
